Welding and Fabrication
What can I say, we like to make cool stuff! Little else makes us happier to satisfy a client with some cool repairs, or simply making a broken piece usable again.
We recently repaired the steel legs from a customer's dinning room set. It wasn't a big job, but it was huge to her. We re-welded all the legs of her chairs, saving her $1,000s over new!
Another client brought us an exercise bike with a broken crank. Repair parts were no longer available for the unit, and a replacement was out of the question financially. We were able to effect repairs for less than a week's dues at the local fitness center and enable him to keep up with his pt regimen!
As mentioned, we like to build cool stuff. A client asked if we could build a custom headache rack for his new F-350 Crew Cab Diesel. He didn't want a light-weight run-of-the-mill rack, he wanted an American Flag with LED Lights and blinding backup lights. What a cool project! We used 3" angle iron for the base and 11 gauge steel tubing for the structure!
